   किसी अनुदान की मांग राष्ट्रपति की सिफारिश पर ही की जाएगी अन्यथा नहीं ( अनुच्छेद 113 ) .

Similarly , in the financial field , while power was given to the Legislative Assembly to assent or to refuse its assent to any demand for grant or to reduce the amount referred to in any demand , if the Assembly declined to vote a demand put before it , the Governor-General in Council could restore it by simply declaring that it was essential to the discharge of his responsibilities .
   इसी प्रकार , वित्तीय मामलों में भी यद्यपि विधान सभा को यह शक्ति प्रदान की गई कि वह किसी अनुदान की मांग को स्वीकृत कर सकती है अथवा स्वीकृत करने से इंकार कर सकती है या किसी मांग की राशि में कमी कर सकती है , तथापि सभा द्वारा किसी मांग को स्वीकृति प्रदान करने से Zइंकार किए जाने की स्थिति में गवर्नर-जनरल-इन-कौंसिल केवल यह घोषणा करके उसे बहाल कर सकता था कि वह उस के उत्तरदायित्वों के निर्वहन के लिए आवश्यक है .
